Job Responsibilities:
1. Handle the company’s full-scope accounting, tax filings, software tax refunds, and invoice issuance and management;
2. Maintain purchase, accounts receivable, and accounts payable ledgers, and conduct regular reconciliations with suppliers;
3. Review and approve daily employee expense reimbursements;
4. Calculate employee commissions;
5. Regularly prepare gross profit analysis, cost analysis, and operational analysis reports for management;
6. Handle payment requests for daily operations;
7. Compile statistical reports and submit data to relevant departments (e.g., high-tech certification);
8. Organize and archive financial records.
Job Requirements:
1. Degree in accounting or a related field;
2. At least 3 years of accounting experience; preference given to candidates with experience at general taxpayer enterprises;
3. Meticulous, dedicated, and committed to professional ethics;
4. Quick-witted, adaptable, capable of independent thinking, and adept at summarizing work experience;
5. Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Office; practical experience with financial systems such as Kingdee or Yonyou is required;
6. Strong communication skills;
7. Possession of a Junior Accountant Certification.
