Manzhouli Port – 'Single Window' One-Stop Customs Clearance System Upgrade and Manzhouli Border Trade Project

Manzhouli Port is located in the western part of the Hulunbuir Grassland in Inner Mongolia, China, situated in the China-Russia-Mongolia triangle. It is China's largest land border port and a critical hub for Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region's strategy to build a gateway for opening up to the north. It handles over 60% of the land transportation tasks for China-Russia trade. After years of construction and development, Manzhouli Port has become China's only international border port with a comprehensive integration of road, rail, and air transport.

The upgrade of the 'Single Window' one-stop customs clearance system has significantly improved port clearance efficiency. The Border Trade Platform enables one-stop declaration, station operation, and inspection clearance management for all mutual trade venues within the Manzhouli Customs district. While improving the efficiency, transparency, and service level of border trade, it also ensures that business operations are conducted under the support and supervision of local governments, customs, and commerce departments.
